is designed to meet the needs of a widely divergent set of
industries ranging from medium duty panel processors and cabinetmakers,
to plastic fabricators, solid surface fabricators, and sign
makers, to name a few. Ideally suited for nested based manufacturing,
their rigid all steel construction makes the LSI 800 Series
a robust platform for high-speed cutting and exceptional edge
quality.
LSI 800 Series routers are both extensive and adaptable. Pick
the spindle which best fits your needs and you are ready to
go. Whether it is an auto mister, for cutting aluminum and
brass, that only activates when the cutter is entering the
material thereby avoiding waste and excess mess, or all the
maintenance tools included, or a detail as simple as the grease
to lubricate the bearings, the LSI 800 Series comes ready
to manufacture.

Dust Collector
The LSI 800 Series comes equipped with a pressure foot
chip pickup, as well as an Optional floating dust hood
that encapsulates the spindle. Capture dust at the source
and keep dust levels in your shop down to reduce both
cleanup and hazards.

Tool Changer Options
The LSI 800 Series allows for several different dynamic
and automatic tool-changing systems. Rack-style systems
are standard. Special features among them include an eight-
position rotary Carousel, as well as an advanced automatic
tool length compensator equipped with a touch probe that
automatically calibrates and stores tool length offsets.

General Options
Laser Spec has integrated and made available for the LSI
800 Series many additional, advanced options. These options,
all chosen to help increase your efficiency, include Perske
saws, bar code scanners, auto-misting units, engraving
spindles, laser guideline emitters, vacuum driven heavy
load lifters, and vinyl knifes.

Collet Spindle Options
The LSI 800 Series can be configured with a variety of
excellent, general-purpose Colombo spindles ranging from
2HP to 20HP. The majority of these spindles come equipped
with electric cooling fans, which maintain even, cool
spindle temperatures at both low and high spindle speeds.
Additionally, the bottom pair of angular contact bearings
are supported in a cast iron end bell.
