Model Milling Center; a cost effective, labor saving, high-capacity
solution for nested based manufacturing of Shaker doors and
panels. The LSI 800 Series SM is designed to meet the needs
of medium duty to high volume door, panel processors, and
cabinetmakers. The rigid and Stress Relieved all steel construction
makes the LSI 800 Series SM a robust platform for high-speed
cutting and exceptional edge and corner quality.

Dust Collector
The LSI 800 Series SM comes equipped with a pressure foot
chip pickup. Capture dust at the source and keep dust
levels in your shop down to reduce both cleanup and hazards.

Tool Changer
The LSI 800 Series SM comes with a gantry-carried rack
tool changer system. A special feature of this system
is its advanced automatic tool length compensator equipped
with a touch probe that automatically calibrates and stores
tool length offsets. Decrease labor for tool changes and
reduce both breakage and wear-out.

Collet and Spindle
The LSI 800 Series SM is configured with a 2HP, high speed,
Italian made, HSD Spindle equipped with electric cooling
fans which maintain even, cool spindle temperatures at
both low and high spindle speeds. Additionally, the bottom
pair of angular contact bearings are supported in a cast
iron end bell.

Handheld Pendant
A handheld pendant significantly increases operator ease
of use and efficiency. Control all aspects of your Milling
Center including Job Choice, Spindle Speed, Start/Stop,
Feed Rate and many other functions. |
General Options
Laser Spec has integrated and made available for the LSI
800 Series SM many additional, advanced options. These
options, all chosen to help increase your efficiency,
include Perske saws, bar code scanners, auto-misting units,
engraving spindles, laser guideline emitters, vacuum driven
heavy load lifters, and vinyl knifes.
