deep.
The total machining time took 2 hours and 55 minutes with
a .05" stepover.

foam projects using the fully integrated cnc hot wire cutter.
The 3D CNC router will accurately
carve any programmed project. In this view you can see the front
and back of a characters head... After it is carved the hot
wire will slice it at the exact location allowing for perfect
assembly every time!!

Dust Collector
The LSI 800 Series comes equipped with a pressure foot
chip pickup, as well as an Optional floating dust hood
that encapsulates the spindle. Capture dust at the source
and keep dust levels in your shop down to reduce both
cleanup and hazards.
Tool Changer Options
The LSI 800 Series allows for several different dynamic
and automatic tool-changing systems. Rack-style systems
are standard. Special features among them include an eight-
position rotary Carousel, as well as an advanced automatic
tool length compensator equipped with a touch probe that
automatically calibrates and stores tool length offsets.
