downtime. Just like a car, regular maintenance by our
technicians will reduce potential machine downtime and
help identify major malfunctions before they occur.

- Drive Motors Inspection (Mechanical and Electrical)
- Rack and Pinion Inspection

- Star Bearing Maintenance and Inspection*
- Sprocket Maintenance and Inspection
- Spindle Maintenance and Inspection
- Table Geometry Maintenance and Calibration
- Lead Screw Maintenance and Inspection
- Replacement of all drive chains

* Note: Bearing Maintenance Includes: Removal, Inspection
and Maintenance of all X-axis rail bearings.
CNC Tune-Up Package
Includes:
- Machine Inspection and Maintenance
- If required, a further reduced labor rate for additional
parts and service ($ 100/hr) (plus associated costs, ie
travel change fees)
- 2 Hours of emergency technical support ($ 500 value)(1
year expiry)
- Written Inspection Report
- File creation training session
- Extreme File Tooling Workshop (Reduce file runtime up
to 70%)
